Pool/Spa Heat

  • Pool/spa heat (one combined system) is an option and costs $10/day plus tax and fees.  

Cleaning Fee

  • Mid stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional charge.  

Gas BBQ Rental

  • A gas BBQ can be rented for $70 for the first week (or part thereof) plus $7 per day after the first week (plus taxes and fees).  Per state law, the BBQ must remain outside of the pool enclosure. 

Booking Fee

  • A booking fee of 3% plus tax is charged at the time of booking.

Early Check In/Late Check Out

  • The typical fee to secure either early check in or late check out will be 50% of the nightly rate plus applicable taxes and fees.

Taxes

  • 13.5% is added to all nightly rates and fees.

Initial Payment upon Booking

  • A $300 initial payment is required at the time of booking.
  • For stays longer than 14 nights, a larger deposit will be required.
